By purchasing or downloading StageCue ("the Software"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Upon purchase, StageCue grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to two (2) computers that you own or control.
You may not:
StageCue offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, the Software reverts to a limited free tier (maximum 5 playlist items, CUT transition only). A Pro license unlocks all features permanently.
Your license includes all future updates to the current major version of StageCue at no additional cost.
StageCue and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the developer. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

🔒 StageCue is a local desktop application. It does not collect, store or transmit your personal data to any servers we control.
StageCue collects minimal data necessary to operate the license system:
If you purchase through Lemon Squeezy, your license key is validated against Lemon Squeezy's servers to enforce the activation limit. This process only transmits your license key and a machine identifier — no personal information is sent. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy applies to data collected during purchase: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy
When you purchase StageCue through Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy, those platforms collect your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We receive only your email address and order details necessary to deliver your license.
StageCue does not use any analytics, tracking or telemetry. The app does not phone home or collect usage statistics.
StageCue is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
